Dr Katelaris has performed more than 2000 vasectomies.
Dr Katelaris has extensive training and experience in surgical assessment and procedures that are completed with meticulous technique. Dr Katelaris trained in General Surgery and Urology for 4 years at teaching hospitals in Sydney, Albury and Tweed Heads. He conducted original research at the University of Melbourne for which he was awarded a Master of Surgery in 2019. He undertook further training in vasectomy perfecting the “Li Technique”.
For your convenience, Dr Katelaris is now offering no scalpel vasectomy in clinic or at one of our day hospital locations.
The clinic based procedure is done under local anaesthetic so you can drive yourself to and from the clinic.
